To Obtain Remote Support Please Enter an Email address into the “Request Support Session” Box on the Support Portal Page. This will open up a Little popup that will have a link to download the remote support client to your device, install the software once its done being downloaded. Once you install the program that was downloaded a Technician will be able to remote into your computer when you are ready.

Our Remote Tool also works on Mac, but Mac OS has some security features that block the direct installation of the program. You may have to navigate to the folder where you downloaded it too, open the command menu and install it via a prompt on there.
