Automatic Equipment Service has a thirty five year history of service to the office and retail equipment industry in the Capitol District of New York. Our technicians are factory trained to service the equipment we sell and advanced training has given us the ability to service many makes and models of office and retail equipment. Our technicians are experienced on Brother, CAS, Hewlett-Packard,Konica-Minolta, Mettler-Toledo, Okidata, Samsung, Sharp, SAM4s, Toshiba TEC and Xerox Equipment. AES technicians are also trained by the manufacturer on the software we offer for sale. Our technicians are experienced with CAS Scale Software, Crystal Point, DiamondTouch, 4PM Solutions, PC Poll, PC Workstation, RMS Touch, SAM4s Polling Software, Scaleview, Symphony and Symphony Pro.
