PREVENTATIVE CASTER REPLACEMENT

One of the most common issues our technicians run into are gunked up or busted casters/wheels. You can’t clean under the fryer if you can’t move it, right?

Did you know: Residue collecting under fryers can not only be dangerous but it can also lead to health code violations and fines! Broken wheels have added extra time and frustration to so many service calls that we’ve decided to nip the problem in the bud! With our Caster Replacement Program you’ll never have to worry about bad wheels on your Henny Penny Fryer again! We always ensure they are safe, up to code, and easily moved.

*A research study from Restaurant Technologies, industry experts in the management of fryer oil, found the average risk for a restaurant is $46,000 per year primarily from the three most common types of injuries: strains and sprains; slips and falls; and burns and cuts. The survey also found that 60 percent of Workers’ Compensation claims in restaurants are linked to frying oil.
